How to reach us
[email protected] — we answer within three working days, and usually sooner.
Exceedity Ltd is a UK company and we answer in English. There is no phone line: a written description of what happened is far more useful to us than a conversation, and it means we can look at the detail before replying.
What to send
Whatever you have. These help most, and none of them are required:
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- Your operating system, and whether the problem is on the computer or on the phone.
- The output of
atdesk status, which prints what is running and what is missing.
Never send us your activation code, your service token, or the contents of
~/.config/vscode-remote/. We never need them, andatdesk statusis written so that it does not print them.
Things you can check first
- Status — the Claude Code release atdesk is tested against. Claude Code changes often, and an upstream change is the most common reason reading or typing stops working.
atdesk canary— checks whether the parts atdesk depends on still behave as expected.atdesk setup --check— re-runs every install check and says what is missing, without changing anything.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
Cancelling, the 14-day trial and your statutory rights are on the cancellation and refunds page, which also carries the model cancellation form. You can cancel at any time and keep atdesk until the period you have paid for ends.
For anything about the data we hold, see the privacy notice; it names what we store and how to ask for it or have it deleted.
